Warehouses are often cleaned with the large floor areas in mind, but the offices, kitchens and bathrooms attached to them are where staff spend their breaks and where visitors form an impression of the business.
Those areas need their own plan rather than being an afterthought.
Treat the attached offices as offices
Administration areas inside a warehouse get the same use as any standalone office: desks, meeting rooms, bins and shared surfaces. They benefit from a regular schedule rather than an occasional clean when someone notices.
Amenities set the standard
- Staff kitchens and lunch rooms
- Toilets and change areas
- Break rooms and shared spaces
- Entry points used by staff and visitors
These are high-use areas and the first places standards slip, so they’re usually serviced more often than the rest of the site.
Plan around how the site operates
Shift times, deliveries and access arrangements all affect when cleaning can happen. We look at these during the onsite visit so the schedule works with the site rather than against it.
If your warehouse amenities aren’t getting the attention they need, we can take a look and put together a written quote.
