CleanCo has been operating since 2015 and now works with around 150 commercial clients across Brisbane, Ipswich and Toowoomba, supported by more than 50 cleaning teams.
Our cleaners work across a range of commercial environments, from offices and medical centres to warehouses, gyms, schools and retail sites.
The work can vary from site to site, but the expectation is straightforward: turn up when scheduled, follow the agreed cleaning requirements and communicate when something needs attention.
What makes a good fit
Commercial cleaning often means working independently on client sites, so reliability matters.
All CleanCo team members are police checked, and cleaners complete an induction process before being placed on client sites.
We look for people who can:
Commercial cleaning across different sites
No two client sites are exactly the same.
Depending on the role, you may work in:
Offices
Regular after-hours cleaning across workstations, kitchens, amenities and shared spaces.
Medical centres
Ongoing cleaning across practices and medical facilities.
Warehouses and industrial sites
Cleaning across warehouse areas, attached offices, amenities and staff facilities.
Gyms and 24-hour facilities
Cleaning scheduled around businesses that may operate outside standard hours.
Other commercial sites
Retail stores, schools, childcare centres, strata properties and other workplaces are also part of the client base.
Clear systems before you start
New cleaners need to understand the site, what is included in the service and what is expected before taking responsibility for a client location.
We use induction, operating systems and training videos to support cleaners and maintain consistency across sites.
You’ll be given the information relevant to the site you are assigned to, including the cleaning requirements and access arrangements.
