Onsite quote
We visit the facility, inspect the areas that need cleaning and discuss the required scope, frequency and access arrangements.
Receive your proposal
Following the site visit, we generally provide the written quote within 24 to 48 hours.
Start your cleaning service
Once approved, a new site can generally commence within 7 to 10 days. We then follow up to check that expectations are being met and schedule the first quality assurance visit.

There isn’t one cleaning schedule that suits every aged care site.
The frequency and scope depend on the size of the facility, the areas being serviced and how regularly they need attention.
CleanCo can provide commercial cleaning from once per week through to daily services where required. The cleaning schedule is agreed during the quoting process so the service reflects the actual requirements of the facility.
