Your cleaning service

Will we have the same cleaner each service?

+

Yes. Our clients have the same regular cleaner servicing their site.

Are your cleaners police checked?

+

Yes. All of our cleaners are police checked.

Do you provide your own cleaning products and equipment?

+

Yes. Our cleaning teams bring the chemicals and equipment required to complete the agreed cleaning service.

When will our cleaning be completed?

+

Most commercial cleaning is carried out outside business hours. For businesses operating 24 hours, we can arrange the service around the way your site operates.

Can we add cleaning tasks that aren’t included in our regular service?

+

Yes. If additional work falls outside the agreed cleaning specification, we can assess the time required and provide a separate quote.

Who do we contact if something needs attention?

+

You can contact our team directly, rather than relying solely on messages being passed through the cleaner.

How do you check cleaning standards?

+

Sites are placed on a regular quality assurance schedule so cleaning standards continue to be checked after the contract begins.

Can you clean more than one of our locations?

+

Yes, where the locations fall within our service areas. Some of our client relationships have grown from one location into several.

Quotes and service areas

How quickly will we receive our quote?

+

After the onsite inspection, written proposals are generally provided within 24–48 hours.

Which areas do you service?

+

Our main service regions are Brisbane, Ipswich and Toowoomba. If you’re unsure whether your site falls within our current cleaning area, contact us and we can confirm availability.

Green cleaning

What does green cleaning mean?

+

For CleanCo, green cleaning means using green cleaning products and methods where appropriate rather than relying entirely on conventional cleaning chemicals. It does not necessarily mean that no cleaning chemicals will ever be used.

Can we request green cleaning products?

+

Yes. Green cleaning products can be used where required.

Do you only use green cleaning products?

+

No. Where another product is needed to deal with issues such as heavier grime or mould, CleanCo’s existing policy is to advise the client that a different chemical is intended to be used.

Do green cleaning products still work?

+

The suitability of a product depends on what is being cleaned and the result required. Rather than making a blanket claim that one type of product will work for every task, we select products based on the cleaning requirement.

Do you supply the products?

+

Yes. Our cleaning teams bring the chemicals and equipment required for the agreed service.

Can green cleaning be used in an office?

+

Yes. Green cleaning products can be incorporated into regular office cleaning where suitable.

Can you use green products in childcare centres?

+

Green cleaning products are available where required. Any specific product requirements for your childcare centre should be discussed during the onsite quote so they can be confirmed before the service begins.

Can we specify which products can be used on our site?

+

If your organisation has particular product requirements, raise them during the quoting process. We can then discuss what can be incorporated into the cleaning scope before the service begins.
