01The challenge

The client is a medical group that first came to CleanCo needing reliable ongoing cleaning for a single practice.

Medical centres are high-traffic, patient-facing environments. Waiting rooms, consulting rooms, amenities and staff areas all need to be kept to a consistent standard, and cleaning has to happen around the practice’s operating hours rather than during them.

As the business grew, so did the challenge: more locations can mean more cleaners, more contacts and more variation in standards from one site to the next.

02Our approach

The service was set up the same way we approach every commercial site, starting with an onsite visit to understand the premises, the areas to be cleaned and how often the service was needed.

  • The same regular cleaner assigned to the site, rather than different people rotating through.
  • Cleaning completed outside normal operating hours to avoid disrupting patients and staff.
  • Direct contact with our team whenever something needed to change or needed attention.
  • A regular quality assurance schedule so the standard kept being checked after cleaning began.

As each new location was added, it received its own cleaning scope and schedule, while the client continued dealing with one cleaning provider.

03The outcome

What started as a single-site contract has grown to six medical locations serviced by CleanCo.

For the client, that means one cleaning relationship across more of their business, a consistent approach from site to site, and a clear point of contact when something needs attention.

It’s a pattern we see with clients who are comfortable enough with the service to trust us with more of their business.
