What if I am unhappy with my cleaning team of service?
If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy! Providing a high standard DVA cleaning service is our main priority, All you have to do is let us know if you have concerns at any stage of your service delivery, so we can resolve them. Whatever it is, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the service you are receiving.
Will I have the same cleaner for each service?
Yes, absolutely! The cleaner we assign to your home will be the same person who turns up for each service.
What happens if I go away on holidays?
That’s an easy one – simply send us the dates and advise us of when you would like to pause and resume your cleaning services.
Is there anything your cleaners won’t be able to clean?
Our cleaners won’t clean breakable items such as fine china, crystal or antiques. While our cleaners will always take due care we’d hate to damage any irreplaceable items. Our teams will also not clean up human or animal faeces. This is to protect the health of our teams.
Our teams are also limited to cleaning the internals of your home, I.e we cannot provide car cleaning as part of the service.
Are your team members insured?
Yes, each of our team members are insured!
Do your cleaners use our products or supply their own?
Each cleaner will bring their own cleaning equipment and chemicals with them. Should you wish for your cleaner to use only your products, please mention this to them on the day of your first clean.
Do I have to be home at the time of the clean?
No, we have various options available for our clients to allow the cleaning team access if you are not home at the time the service takes place.
Do your cleaners have police clearance checks?
They most certainly do! We wouldn’t place someone into our own home or office without making those checks and we extend the same courtesy to our valued clients. All team members must have an up-to-date police clearance before they can commence any form of DVA cleaning service in Brisbane.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my day?
Let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly work with you to look at other potential cleaning days and/or times. More often than not we are able to accommodate a new time for that week.
