A commercial cleaning business built around consistency
Since 2015, CleanCo has grown from a small operation into a commercial cleaning business servicing organisations across medical, office, industrial, education, property and other sectors.
What has stayed consistent is the way we want the business to operate: keep communication straightforward, look after the people doing the work, and stay involved after the cleaning contract begins.
The business wasn’t built in a boardroom
The founder grew up around the industry, with both parents involved in cleaning businesses, and spent time working in cleaning while completing university. CleanCo itself began in 2015 after a move away from classroom education and a decision to build something independently.
What started as a smaller operation has grown into a commercial cleaning business servicing sites across three main regions.
The growth has been practical: more clients, more cleaners, better systems and stronger processes around communication and quality assurance.
From one site to around 150 commercial clients
Today, CleanCo services around 150 commercial clients with more than 50 cleaning teams working across Brisbane, Ipswich and Toowoomba.
More sites, without losing oversight
Growth only works if the service can keep up with it.
As CleanCo has added clients and cleaning teams, we’ve also put systems around how sites are allocated, managed and checked.
That includes regular quality assurance, direct client communication and keeping the same cleaner on a site wherever possible.

Behind the cleaners is the office team helping coordinate sites, communicate with clients and keep the quality assurance process moving.
The result is a cleaning service with people supporting it both on site and behind the scenes.
