Payment and Notice T&Cs

Payment Terms:
Cleanco Commercial Cleaning send out invoices at the beginning of each month and you are billed to the end of that invoiced month. Payment is required any time before the 7th of the following month. Late payment reminders get sent out by email on the 8th and service suspends on the last day of that month for any unpaid invoices, unless prior arrangements have been made with Cleanco Commercial Cleaning’s Accounts Department. All prices are subject to change each July due to CPI, Government mandatory wage increases and other industry increases.

Term of Agreement
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of one (1) month, automatically renewing for successive one (1) month periods on each monthly anniversary date, unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

As an alternative, the parties may elect a twelve (12) month agreement term, under which the first month shall be provided on a complimentary basis. Following the complimentary month, the remaining eleven (11) months shall be binding, and the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods on each annual anniversary date, unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

Termination and Cancellation
This Agreement may be terminated or cancelled at any time with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice, with the final clean date listed, from either party. All keys must be returned upon final payment.

Written notice cannot be provided if the service is currently in a paused state.

Should your reason for cancellation be due to a quality-of-service issue, Maid in Australia Domestic and Commercial Cleaners will only accept the notice if they have been provided with at least one completed feedback form within the previous thirty (30) days leading up to the written notice date. The feedback form ensures Maid in Australia Domestic and Commercial Cleaners has ample opportunity to implement one of several rectification methods, which will be implemented promptly within a seven (7) day period.

Cancellation of the Twelve (12) Month Option
Where the twelve (12) month agreement option has been elected, the Agreement shall be binding for the eleven (11) paid months following the complimentary first month. Early termination of the twelve (12) month option is permitted only with thirty (30) days’ written notice and payment of an early termination fee equal to the value of the remaining term, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If notice of non-renewal is provided, the Agreement will conclude at the end of the current twelve (12) month period and will not automatically renew.
