Cleanco Commercial Cleaning provides cleaning services to customers on a weekly or fortnightly basis (Commercial Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Medical Centre Cleaning, Industrial and Warehouse Cleaning, Gym Cleaning, Aged Care Cleaning, Retail Cleaning, School Cleaning, Hospital Cleaning, Strara Cleaning, Childcare Cleaning, NDIS Cleaning and DVA Cleaning). We can also take care of waste removal, sanitary services and bathroom consumables.
2. What Areas Do You Service?
Cleanco primarily operates in Brisbane and Southeast Queensland, however we do also offer service a number of clients on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and even Toowoomba.
3. Do You Also Clean Houses?
We do! – We provide house cleaning services for clients in the NDIS, DVA or Aged care.
4. What Kind of Businesses Do You Service?
The premises we clean range from offices, warehouses and industrial sites, schools, recreational facilities such as golf clubs, cinemas and theatres, medical facilities such as doctors/GP and specialists’ offices, banks, churches, carparks, childcare centres, kindergartens, hotels and just about any other commercial premise. If we don’t have it listed on our website, message us about it anyway!
5. Do You Offer a Carpet Cleaning Service?
Unfortunately, we do not personally do carpet cleaning, however we do use highly reputable carpet cleaning businesses in Brisbane when required.

7. What is the Difference Between Cleanco Commercial Cleaning and Other Cleaning Businesses?
Cleanco Commercial Cleaning has been in business for nearly a decade. With that, we had gained an insurmountable amount of experience when it comes to trade. We also only engage team members who are fully police checked and are capable of passing our stringent induction process. We wouldn’t place someone in your business that we were not happy to place in our own.
8. What Time Will the Cleaning Occur?
All our commercial cleaning services occur during afterhours. This is so that our cleaners are not in the way of customers inside your business during the day, but also for insurance purposes due to less risk of slips, trips or falls.
9. Can I Book a Same Day Clean?
We do require several days to get your clean started. This time allows us to process paperwork, allocate a cleaning team to your office and provide you with all necessary documentation prior to commencement. It is our goal to have you experience the Cleanco cleaning difference as soon as possible.
10. Do We Have to Sign a Binding Contract?
We do not use lengthy binding contracts at Cleanco. Instead, once you have commenced service with us, we only require a 30-day notice period in case you choose to terminate your contract. Cleanco will not, in any way, force you to sign anything that will keep you from canceling the agreement.
11. What Does Your Team Not Clean?
We generally clean most areas; however, our teams do not clean glass above a height of 1.8m as glass cleaning above this height requires a Working with Heights Licence.
12. What Type of Chemicals and Equipment Do You Use?
We use a wide variety of gentle and often environmentally safe cleaning products. Material Safety Data Sheets are also available upon request. The cleaning equipment that we use are all up to date and well maintained.
13. Do I Have to Provide Cleaning Supplies or Equipment?
Cleanco covers the cleaning chemicals and bin liners. We can also supply toilet paper, hand towel, and other toilet consumables. Quotation for the supplies will be sent to you upon request.
14. How Many Cleaners Will You Send to Clean My Office or Medical Centre?
This depends on the size of the premises. We will provide you with the exact number of cleaners and their names prior to the commencement of your first clean.
15. Are Your Cleaners Trustworthy?
Absolutely! We also perform police checks on all of our team members so that you have the added protection and peace of mind.
16. What Are Your Commercial Cleaning rates?
The rates vary from one premise to another due to size and degree of cleaning required. Cleanco determines rates by sending the Business Manager over for a quick quote.
17. How Do We Pay for Your Commercial Cleaning Services?
Paying for our services is very easy. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month with payment required by the 7th of the following month. We also offer a 5% discount on our services for commercial customers who wish to use this payment option instead of being invoiced. All NDIS, DVA and AGED CARE customers are invoiced to their plan managers at the time of service.

19. What if Something During My Clean is Missed?
If you feel like we missed a certain spot, let us know straight away so that we can rectify this issue for you promptly.
20. What Happens If My Cleans Falls on a Public Holiday?
In the event your clean falls on a public holiday we will endeavor to move your clean to another day. If your clean is unable to be moved, we will discuss the date with your cleaning team and provide them with the option of continuing to clean on this date or skipping the public holiday clean altogether.
21. What Do You Mean by Green Cleaning?
Green cleaning means cleaning with less to zero chemicals. Most of the time the chemicals are being substituted with concentrated fruit enzymes (citrus based products) that works the same with less chemical content.
22. What Makes Cleanco Commercial Cleaning a Green Cleaning Provider?
Where possible, we prioritise the use of green cleaning chemicals in all of sites across Brisbane. In the event other chemicals are required, due to build up of grime or mold, we will notify you that a change is intended to be made.
23. How Can I Share My Experience with Cleanco Commercial Cleaning?

24. Why Will My Initial Clean be More Expensive Than My Regular Service Clean?
When our business manager quotes your commercial business, office or medical centre, he will determine whether the site requires a deeper, initial clean. This means additional time will be allocated for the first clean so that built up grime/dust can be properly cleaned. It will ensure the site starts off with us on its best foot and can be easily maintained via our regular services.
25. How Often Can You Provide Cleaning Services?
It really depends on the requirements of each business. We can provide services daily, 7 days per week, or for our smaller sites it can be as little as once per week.
26. Do You Offer Competitive Cleaning Rates?
Absolutely! However, we believe in establishing long term relationships with our clients, so it is necessary to allocate the appropriate time to each site so that you are fully happy with the service being provided.
27. What Does Commercial Cleaning Consist Of?
Commercial cleaning will, in general, cover routine and basic cleaning of commercial premises like offices, shops, medical centres, etc. The cleaning itself will include cleaning of tiles, floors, walls, doors, windows, furniture, fixtures, lighting, ceilings, kitchens, toilets, and other areas within the commercial facility.
